He has served as editor of VeloNews, executive editor of Bicycling and produced more than three-dozen cycling books. His road cycling career dates to 1972 and emphasizes long-distance events. | ||||
| Until retiring from daily duties in 2005, longtime cycling writer and coach Fred Matheny was RBR's vice president and primary content provider. Lots of his writing remains on the free site and Premium Site. The RBR eBookstore carries his "how to" eBooks for road cycling improvement.
