Membership Registration
The online membership form on this page will allow you to register as a member of the Highwood Cycling Club. However, all members must sign and return a waiver and release and return it to the club prior to participating in any rides and make payment of their dues according the membership agreement fee schedule. For family membership please have each member complete a membership form and waiver (signed by guardian or parent if under 18 years of age). Download membership form and waivers.
There are two options to complete your club membership:
You can download a Membership Information Package which includes all waivers and the current membership form as well as other information about the club. You can then mail this or submit it to the club at your first event attended.
Complete the online form below and then download and submit a signed waiver and cheque (payable Highwood Cycling Club) by mail or drop it off at your first club ride.
All information submitted is only for the use of the Highwood Cycling Club to contact or communicate with it's members. No reuse, resale or third party transfer of this information will be conducted or tolerated. Members can communicate with each other using the Private Messaging feature in the Member Forum. Highwood Cycling Club will not relay or make known personal information including emails to other members unless that member consents or requests such a transfer through such features as the member email list or Member Forum and Bulletin Board.
